RULES
1. Pets are only allowed in accommodation in the main building (family apartment and deluxe suite).
2. A fee of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) per pet and per night will be charged
3. Pets over 6 months old and up to medium size (up to 60cm and 25kg) are accepted.
4. It is mandatory to present an updated vaccination card.
5. Pets are prohibited from staying on the beach, according to law 848/92 of São Sebastião - SP.
6. The pet's food is the responsibility of its owner.
7. Up to two pets are allowed per accommodation.
8. Each pet must have its own toilet mat in the room, provided by the hotel.
9. In case of damage to the accommodation, the hotel may charge the item's compensation value.
10. In the event of cleaning, the accommodation will only be serviced with the pet owner present or with the pet outside the accommodation.
11. The responsibility for the pet's silence lies with the guest, who must ensure as much silence as possible so as not to disturb neighboring accommodations.
12. The hotel's linen is for the exclusive use of the guest. Items such as blankets, towels and dishes for the pet are not provided by Vistabela and are the responsibility of the owner.
13. The pet must always be kept on a leash, regardless of its size or whether it is tame, and must always be accompanied by its owner.

In addition to adapted accommodation (suite and apartment), our common areas have: ramps, adapted jacuzzi, elevator (in the second block) and even an amphibious beach chair, which allows you to walk on the sand and enter the sea.
